Before: misalignment, extensive decay, and discolored teeth.
After: Due to finance, only upper central incisors are crowned to correct alignment; and upper right and left lateral incisors and canines are veneered. Upper right and left premolars and lower left second premolar to lower right second premolar are bonded with composite (cosmetic bonding).

Before: patient did not like how upper right and left canines positioned (misalignment) and small lateral incisors that were tilted inward. Patient did not want tooth straightening and requested to have veneers canine to canine.
After: Bleached and veneered canines and later incisors (successfully advised patient NOT to touch upper central incisors).
